USSIF - U.S. SILVER CORP

U.S. Silver Corporation (U.S. Silver) is principally engaged in the production, exploration and development of silver resources in northern Idaho, United States. The Company undertakes its business through two wholly owned subsidiaries, United States Silver, Inc. (USSI) and U.S. Silver-Idaho, Inc. (USI). The primary assets of USI are the operating Galena Mine and the adjoining, Coeur Mine and Caladay Project in the Coeur dAlene Mining District in northern Idaho. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company completed 1,121 feet of raise development, 2,582 feet of track development, and 13,669 feet of exploration drilling.
