TPLM - Triangle Petroleum Corporation

Triangle Petroleum Corporation is an oil and gas exploration and development company focused primarily on the acquisition, exploration and development of resource properties consisting mainly of unconventional oil and gas reserves. Effective January 15, 2010, the Company entered into a joint participation agreement with Slawson Exploration Company, Inc. for the participation in the Bakken Shale play in North Dakota. The Company undertook exploration operations in the Maritimes Basin of Eastern Canada on the Windsor Block. During the fiscal year ended January 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company finished the second phase of the Windsor Block exploration program by completing three gross wells (1.71 net). During fiscal 2010, it had two producing wells in the Alberta Deep Basin, Canada, and three producing wells in the Barnett Shale of Texas.
