SinoHub, Inc. (SinoHub) is an electronics company engaged in the production and sale of mobile devices overseas. SinoHub provides products and services to suppliers and purchasers of electronic components in connection with the manufacture and assembly of electronic products in the Peoples Republic of China. The Company has three operating business units that provides Electronic Component Purchasing (ECP), Virtual Contract Manufacturing (VCM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) services. The Company's ECP business unit does spot component sales and procurement-fulfillment, the Company's VCM business is focused on manufacturing and selling custom design mobile phones in developing countries and its SCM business unit primarily provides logistics services around the importing of electronic components into People's Republic of China.
