Sunwin International Neutraceuticals, Inc. (Sunwin) is engaged in selling stevioside, a natural sweetener, as well as herbs used in traditional Chinese medicines and veterinary products. All of the Companys operations are located in the Peoples Republic of China. The Company operates in two segments: Stevioside and Chinese and Veterinary Medicines. The Company produces and sells a variety of grades of stevioside, an all natural, low calorie sweetener, and OnlySweet, a stevioside based table top sweetener. Sunwin manufactures and sells a variety of veterinary medicines, including seven series of more than 200 products, as well as traditional Chinese medicine formula extracts, which are used in products made for use by both humans and animals. In June, 2010, Sunwin elected to streamline its product offerings to focus on its core business of producing and selling stevia and other herb-based products including herb extracts and herb medicines.
