RTI Biologics Inc. (RTI) process human musculoskeletal and other tissue. RTI also processes bone, cartilage, tendon, ligament, fascia lata, pericardium, sclera and dermal tissue, and bovine animal tissue in producing allograft and xenograft implants utilizing BIOCLEANSE and TUTOPLAST sterilization processes, for distribution to hospitals and surgeons. RTI process at two facilities in Alachua, Florida and one facility in Neunkirchen, Germany and distributes its products and services in all 50 states and in over 31 countries worldwide. RTI processs human and bovine animal tissue and distribute the tissue through various distribution channels. The Company's lines of business are consists primarily of five product categories: sports medicine, spine, dental, surgical specialties, Bone graft substitutes (BGS) and general orthopedic.
