PetroQuest Energy, Inc. is an independent oil and gas company with operations in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas and the Gulf Coast Basin. As of December 31, 2009, the Companys proved undeveloped reserves (PUDs) totaled 67.9 billion cubic feet equivalent (Bcfe). As of December 31, 2009, approximately 73% of its total PUDs were associated with the development of its Oklahoma properties. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company continued evaluation of the Woodford Shale as it drilled and participated in 15 gross wells. During 2009, its average daily production from its Oklahoma properties was 29 million cubic feet equivalent (MMcfe). During 2009, the Company drilled 65 gross wells in Arkansas. During 2009, its average daily production from its Arkansas properties was eight MMcfe. During 2009, its net production from its Texas properties averaged 12 MMcfe per day. During 2009, the Company drilled one well and participated in one well onshore in south Louisiana.
