First Horizon National Corporation is a bank holding company. It provides diversified financial services primarily through its principal subsidiary, First Tennessee Bank National Association (the Bank), and its subsidiaries. FHN has four segments: regional banking, capital markets, corporate, and non-strategic. The regional banking segment offers financial products and services, including lending and deposit taking, to retail and commercial customers in Tennessee and surrounding markets. Regional banking provides investments, insurance services, financial planning, trust services and asset management, health savings accounts, credit card, cash management, check clearing services, correspondent banking services, and mortgage originations within the Tennessee-based footprint. Capital markets provides financial services for the investment and banking communities through the integration of capital markets securities activities, loan sales, portfolio advisory services and derivative sales.
