In November 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of Beceem Communications, Inc. (Beceem). In December 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of Gigle Networks Inc. (Gigle), a company that develops SoC solutions for home networking over power lines. In April 2011, the Company acquired Provigent Inc.
