Bill the Butcher, Inc. (Bill the Butcher), formerly Reshoot & Edit is a purveyor of open-pastured the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) organic and natural grass-fed beef, pork, chicken and lamb that have not been raised with steroids, antibiotics or hormones and have not been fed genetically-modified corn. Bill the Butcher sells locally and regionally sourced, natural meat, free range poultry, pork and lamb through a collection of butcher shops that provide carved-to-order meats. It also sells specialty items, such as marinades, rubs, sauces, charcuterie, dairy products and all other items needed to prepare a healthy and tasty meal without the need to visit a supermarket. As of August 31, 2010, it operated six shops located in Woodinville, Redmond and Bellevue, Washington and the Laurelhurst, Madison Valley and Magnolia neighborhoods in Seattle, Washington. Each store features products, including gourmet-to-go dishes, spices, rubs and marinades.
