Alphatec Holdings, Inc. is a medical technology company focused on the design, development, manufacturing and marketing of products for the surgical treatment of spine disorders. The Company's product portfolio and pipeline includes a range of spinal disorder products and systems focused on solutions addressing the cervical, thoracolumbar, intervertebral, invasive, motion preservation, vertebral compression fracture, and osteoporotic bone markets. Products and systems are made of titanium, titanium alloy, stainless steel and polyetheretherketone (PEEK). The Company also sells products made of allograft, a precision-milled and processed human bone that surgeons can use in place of metal and synthetic materials.
