ABHD - Abtech Holdings, Inc.

Abtech Holdings Inc., formerly Laural Resources, Inc. (Laural), focuses no cleaning technology products and services, specifically in the water clean-up sector. The Company was engaged in the business of acquiring and developing mineral properties. Effective June 14, 2010, the Company merged with its wholly owned subsidiary, Abtech Holdings, Inc. The Company is a beneficial owner of a 100% interest in the Waibau Claim, its sole mineral property. It does not have any ore body and have not generated any revenues from its operations. In February 2011, the Company announced that it had closed a merger with AbTech Industries, Inc. As a result of the Merger, Abtech Holdings acquired AbTech Industries (through a reverse acquisition transaction). As such, AbTech Industries becomes a majority-owned subsidiary of Abtech Holdings, which has acquired the business and operations of AbTech Industries.
